INTRODUCTION

Hello neighbors, and future neighbors! My name is Kendle Markham and I’ve been a resident of Creekside for over 30 years. I attended Creekview Elementary (Go Blue Jays), Grace Yokley Middle School (Go Panthers), and Ontario High School (Go Jags). I graduated from California State University, Fullerton with a B.A. in Communications with a Public Relations concentration. After eight years in the insurance industry, I decided to change careers to real estate. Real estate is truly my passion. It marries all the things I love, meeting new people, looking at homes, playing a vital role in making peoples dreams a reality! As a long-time resident of Creekside, I love watching our market and I have a natural passion for helping buyers and sellers in our amazing community. When not serving clients you can find me spending time with my family, dogs (Dallas & Grace), exploring wineries, or gardening.

PARAGRAPH 1

Creekside is such a nice place to live! As a more established development there are many families that are original owners or children of original owners. Pride of ownership is evident, and since we are governed by HOA’s curb appeal is preserved. Creekside residents are friendly, neighbors know each other and watch out for each other. The NEXTDOOR app is one of my favorite ways for interacting with my fellow residents. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I love the strong sense of community here!
